Large oval box, maple and pine, clear varnish finish, five fingers right to left, iron tack and wooden pegs, bottom finger is missing half, some splits and imperfections, 5 7/8″ h, 14 1/4″ l; Poplarware box with blue polka dot interior lining, 1 3/4″ h, 4 1/4″ l; Two East Canterbury Shaker cardboard boxes, white and tan flax skeins, “was in Canterbury Museum 70 yrs. ago, 1880” on note in box; Black box with five spools, one in chrome yellow stain, signed “Lavina” and “22” in blue ink script, 3/4″ h; crocheted chicken, 4 1/2″ l; and a paperback book The Shaker Adventure, Melcher, Marguerite Fellows, WRV Press, 1960, signed by “Lillian Phelps, Ida F. Crook, Bertha Lindsay and Marguerite Frost”.
