Double tier stand, top with tufted cushion needle holder, turned maple disks, iron wire spool holders, strawberry emery, silk and beeswax cylindrical cakes, (made at Sabbathday Lake by “Sister” Florence Fertig) and a needlecase, finely turned base with ball feet; Turned maple and figured maple stand, original stained finish, beige velvet tomato pincushion top, exceptional turned shaft, thumbnail molded round base, poplar needlecase, strawberry emery, two Shaker maple spools, finely decorated thimble given as a gift to “Sister Flo” from Sister Mildred Barker, with card that reads “The World makes…signed by Sister Mildred”, 6 1/2” h, 5 1/2” dia, (Flo and Howard Fertig collection).
