Pine and maple, original orange stained finish, turned round posts with single board headboards, double mortised into the posts, turned legs with iron cuffs on original wood rollers, original side rails, original carved wood teardrop shaped covers for cast iron bed bolts, (note: rare to find two Shaker beds from same retiring room, in very fine condition), c. 1840-1850, 30″ h, 6′ 11″ l, 33″ w.
