Maple, original dark walnut stained finish, acorn finials, three shaped slats, early taped woven stripe seat in dark and light browns, with taped on history inside left stile “Shaker child’s rocker #1…Bought from Sister Jennie Wells at West Pittsfield, Mass, 1947.”, stamped “1” on back of top slat, and trademark decal inside right rocker, Mt. Lebanon, NY, c. 1880, (sold WHA, 10-14-07, lot 93), 12″ seat h, 28 3/4″ overall h.
