Pine, original red/brown stained finish, fitted turned lid with small porcelain pull, brass swing handle with turned maple grip, brass diamond shaped bale plate, two brass hoops, Hancock or Mt. Lebanon, c. 1850, excellent condition, 8″ h, 13″ h (to top of handle), 9 3/4″ dia, (ex. James Brown collection).
