Fine early 19th c. New England Sheraton cherry secretary, with multiple inlays of figured maple outlined in walnut, upper door outlined in thin inlay of satinwood with oval walnut central cartouche, also outlined in satinwood, three drawers with old replaced oval brasses, all on four turned and tapered legs, a few minor inlays missing, five small drawer interior with letter slots, c. 1820-1830, 4′ 4″ h, 39 1/2″ w, 19 1/2″ d, (ex. Dr. Lombard estate, Scituate, MA).
