Large sampler showing “V R” and depicting Adam and Eve and the apple tree, with birds, urns with flowers, large butterflies, angels, and flowering trees, exceptional border with alternating blue crosses, and white and red flowers with green vines, eight line verse “Savior where’er Thy steps I see, O give me grace to follow thee…”, signed “Ermine Flagg Worton, aged 12, 1859″, from a Rhode Island collection, 24 1/2″ x 23” (sight).
