A battleship sails in the background as Lady Liberty holds aloft a sword in her right hand and in her left a scroll reads “We Can Do No Otherwise”. Some border wear present, paper loss to edges, two fold separations about 4″ on outer edges, 42″ H x 28″ W (Priscilla Archibald Estate, Duxbury, MA).
