Description
Pine, original yellow stained cupboard, left hand door with double vertical panel, pinned on the diagonal, inside is a bright cherry red stain, second panel with triple vertical panel sliding door, third panel similar triple vertical panel sliding door, opening to medial shelf, top is varnished, slightly rounded edge on front and sides, appears to be butternut tool holder attached to left hand side (small piece missing), possibly New Lebanon or Watervliet, NY, c. 1840-1850, 9′ 5″ l, 31″ h, 18 1/2″ w, (ex. Upton collection, Troy, NY).
