Light gray wool, initialed and dated in red marking thread “DR, 1807”, along with two identifying papers, “…used and probably knitted by Sister Deborah Robinson… 1807 is probably the date when she was placed in the Shakers, given by Mary Dahm (to the Bisslands)”; the other paper describes Deborah Robinson, “…Lived at West Family at Hancock, moved to Church Family, She was a Nurse.”, minor moth damage on inside, 18 1/2″ l.
