Oak, steel and maple, original natural finish with good patina, cast steel funnel/chute attached to a hinged box, opening to a curved space for a detachable cylinder, with inset spiral placed steel crushers that correspond to 20 inset blades, very finely shaped turning handle with three scribe lines, (note: a rare Shaker made device), 11 1/4″ h (to top of chute), 16 1/2″ h (to top of handle), 16 1/2″ w, 14″ l (box), 7 3/4″ w (box).
