Bright bittersweet red, paper covered, round wooden box, with bright apple green painted interior, (note: marked “75 ” in pencil inside), snugly fitted lid with slight dome, holding a fitted cherry wood spool holder, with exceptional central turned handle, with 16 vertical steel pins holding a matched set of turned tiger fruitwood spools, measuring from 1″ down to 1/4″, (note: this is the smallest spool we have ever cataloged, it has a small chip out of one end), 22 spools total, one of the larger spools is labeled “Emeline K.” printed in black on blue paper, spool holder: 2″ h (to top of handle), 3 1/2″ dia; Box: 2 1/8″ h, 3 5/8″ dia.
